Jimmy has over 15 years of audit and accounting experience. He has previously worked with Arthur Andersen in the UK, with Royal Dutch/Shell in Mauritius
and in Djibouti, Ethiopia as finance director and with KPMG Luxembourg as senior audit manager specialising in investment funds and real estate structures. Jimmy is a founding partner
of Mayfair Trust SARL, a professional firm providing accounting, tax, trust and domiciliation services in Luxembourg. Jimmy is also a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Auditor in
